There is nothing in particular I did to get into Marist. I just got good grades and did a lot of community service in high school. You just have to visit the campus and see what is right for you.

I applied early actions which was great because I got the news sooner. The application was just like any other and I believe I used common app for it, which was great. Admissions is very helpful with tours and any special meetings that needs to set up.

I would recommend doing extensive research on Marist CollegeJan 13 2010Business - Management and Administration
I would recommend doing extensive research on Marist College in order to help with your expectations of Marist and to help yourself to prepare questions; it is better to do research now and find out as much as possible about a school before it's too late and financials are involved. I would also recommend visiting Marist, taking a tour of the beautiful campus, and asking as many questions you may have either during the tour or after at the Admissions Office. Also, if possible, I would highly recommend taking advantage of a "Shadow Day" with one of Marist's affable Ambassadors to see what a day is like at Marist College. It will truly give you a better understanding of what college is like, give you an opportunity to ask a student questions throughout the day, and eliminate your fears of college.
